How we collect, use and protect personal data on wocybersec.com, including analytics, advertising measurement and your rights.

Last updated: 16 October 2026

1. Who we are

This website, wocybersec.com (the “Site”), is operated by Beijing Shendu Space Technology Co., Ltd. (“woCyber”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

  • R&D centre — Floor 5, Block D 05B-5120, No. A28 Information Road, Haidian District, Beijing, China
  • Business centre & manufacturing base — Room 703, Tower B, Zhihui Jiayuan, No. 76 Baohe Avenue, Longgang District, Shenzhen, China
  • Contact — sale@wocybersec.com

2. What we collect

2.1 Information you give us

When you send an inquiry, request a quotation or samples, or contact us through the Site, we collect the details you choose to provide. Depending on the form, this may include:

  • your name and company name;
  • your business email address and telephone or WhatsApp number;
  • your country and buyer category (for example distributor, brand owner, system integrator);
  • your estimated order volume and the products you are interested in;
  • the content of your message, and any file you attach (for example a specification or artwork).

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site we automatically receive technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, the pages you view and how long you spend on them, the page that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the address you arrived with (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content or gclid).

2.3 Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and comparable storage technologies:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function, including session handling and, where you use the shop, your cart and checkout session. These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics — used to understand how the Site is used so we can improve it.
  • Advertising — used to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Site from working.

3. Why we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and prepare quotations, samples and proposals — necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To manage an existing business relationship, including order handling, technical support and account administration — performance of a contract.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Site, including fraud and abuse prevention — our legitimate interests.
  • To measure the performance of our website and advertising — our legitimate interests, and your consent where the law requires it.
  • To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.

4. Analytics and advertising

4.1 Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-LMEK58NYYB) to understand aggregate traffic and usage. Google receives data such as the pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser information, and how you arrived at the Site.

4.2 Google Ads and conversion measurement

We use Google Ads (conversion ID AW-18442590780) to measure whether our advertising leads to inquiries. When you submit an inquiry form, a conversion event is recorded so that we can tell which campaigns generate genuine business enquiries.

4.3 Enhanced conversions

To measure conversions more accurately, we have enabled enhanced conversions. When you submit an inquiry form, the email address and telephone or WhatsApp number you entered are normalised and then hashed with SHA-256 in your own browser, before anything is transmitted.

  • Google receives only the hashed values — never the plain text.
  • We do not transmit your email address or phone number in plain text to Google.
  • We do not store the resulting hash on our servers.

Google uses this hashed data to attribute a conversion to the advertising campaign that produced it, under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms. It is not used by us to build profiles of individual visitors.

4.4 Your choices

5. On-site AI assistant

The Site offers an automated assistant to answer product and OEM/ODM questions. If you use it, the text of your messages is transmitted to a third-party large language model provider so that a reply can be generated. Please do not enter confidential or commercially sensitive information into the assistant. If your message contains contact details, we may use them to follow up on your inquiry in the same way as a submitted form.

6. Who we share your information with

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf or as independent controllers for the purposes above:

  • Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited — website analytics and advertising measurement;
  • our web hosting provider — operating and securing the Site;
  • the large language model provider that powers the on-site assistant;
  • our email and office service providers — receiving and answering inquiries.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

We may also disclose personal data where we are required to do so by law, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

7. International transfers

We are based in China and our service providers operate internationally, so your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own — including the United States and the European Economic Area. Where personal data originating in the EEA or the UK is transferred outside those areas, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism, together with additional technical and organisational measures.

8. How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, to maintain our business relationship with you, and to meet legal, accounting and tax record-keeping obligations. When the data is no longer needed for those purposes we delete it or irreversibly anonymise it. Where you ask us to delete your inquiry data, we will do so unless we are required to retain it by law.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have some or all of the following rights:

  • Access — to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — to have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Erasure — to have your data deleted.
  • Restriction and objection — to restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on our legitimate interests and processing for direct marketing.
  • Portability — to receive data you provided to us in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, at any time.

Residents of California have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, correct and delete personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by that law.

To exercise any right, email sale@wocybersec.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

10. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encryption in transit, access controls and restricted administrative access. Inquiry data is stored on access-controlled servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have done so, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Links to other sites

The Site contains links to third-party services, such as WhatsApp for direct messaging. This policy does not apply to those services; their own privacy policies govern the data they collect.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

14. Contact

For any question about this policy or about how we handle your personal data, contact us at sale@wocybersec.com, or by post to Beijing Shendu Space Technology Co., Ltd., Floor 5, Block D 05B-5120, No. A28 Information Road, Haidian District, Beijing, China.
