Brand visibility on the device, in the app and on the packaging is agreed in writing before tooling starts.

Selected hardware configurations can be adapted to your product requirements, including memory, storage configuration, network options and enclosure treatment where the platform allows it. The available option set is confirmed in writing at technical evaluation.

Yes. The software experience, user interface and selected functions can be adapted to the project requirements, and a customer-specific firmware branch can be maintained for the life of the programme. The exact customisation boundary is agreed in writing at technical evaluation.

Yes. Retail packaging, labels, manuals and selected accessories are localised for your target market, subject to your artwork and regulatory requirements. Packaging scope and artwork lead time are confirmed in writing with your quotation.

Sample units can be arranged for evaluation. Sample units are charged at the published single-unit price, and the full sample cost is deductible from your first production order. Sample lead time is confirmed in writing with your quotation.

Standard MOQ is 100 units per SKU for reconfiguration of an existing platform, and 1,000 units where a new PCB respin or enclosure tooling is required. The MOQ that applies to your configuration is stated in your quotation.

Our manufacturing partner is a national high-tech enterprise operating a qualified production base, and the supplier qualifications behind your programme are stated in writing at technical evaluation.
